Tamara S. Richwine
Professional:
Mrs. Richwine is a Cornerstone Principal and serves as the Chief Financial Officer for the firm. In addition to the typical duties of a CFO, her other main responsibilities are focused on the oversight of the portfolio reporting and the trust administration functions of the business which includes all tax document preparation. Other responsibilities include the oversight of the Administrative Staff and Human Resource Management.
Experience:
Tamara has over 28 years of experience in Financial Services. Mrs. Richwine began her career with Paine Webber, a national brokerage firm, as a General Securities Registered Representative. She subsequently joined a New York based broker-dealer and gained experience in the areas of operations and compliance. In 1985, she transitioned to a sales position with the investment division of Trust Company bank as a member of the Personal Investment Group. Prior to joining Cornerstone in 1993, Tamara was employed by Covenant Trust Management where she gained expertise in the area of Deferred Giving. Mrs. Richwine’s broad industry experience includes fiduciary accounting and tax reporting for all types of charitable remainder trusts, pooled income funds, gift annuity programs, as well as various types of revocable pools and trusts.

Personal:
Tamara resides in Alpharetta with her husband Joe, a retired CPA, and they have two daughters Anna and Kathryn following in their “financial footsteps”. In her spare time, Tamara enjoys spending time with her extended family and friends, entertaining and reading. She is a pet lover and especially enjoys Bella, her Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. Learning to speak Spanish fluently is a personal goal.
Bryan C. Taylor, CFA
Mr. Taylor, a Presidential Scholar, graduated Summa Cum Laude from Bryan College, having earned a B.S in Business Administration in 1995 with a concentration in Finance. Mr. Taylor passed the General Securities Registered Representative exam in 1996 while employed with a national brokerage firm where he gained portfolio management and design experience. He joined Cornerstone Management in 1997 as a Financial Analyst. He assumed the role of Portfolio Manager and Principal of Cornerstone Management, Inc in 1999. Mr. Taylor earned his Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation in 2003, and currently serves as the Chief Investment and Executive Officer for Cornerstone Management, Inc.
Ray Tyler
Mr. Tyler, an alumnus of Auburn University, spent 15 years as a financial consultant prior to joining an Atlanta-based charitable trust administrative firm as an officer in 1988. In 1991, Mr. Tyler co-founded Cornerstone Management, Inc. Mr. Tyler previous held the designation of Certified Financial Planner (CFP) earned in 1985. During 1985 he was also admitted to the Registry of Financial Planning Practitioners. Mr. Tyler currently serves as the President of Cornerstone Management, Inc.
Tony Hixon
Professional:
Mr. Hixon is co-founder, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Compliance Officer of Hixon Zuercher Capital Management. As Chief Operating Officer, Tony is responsible for overseeing the administration and compliance of the firm. In addition to managing the firm’s operations, Tony serves on the firm’s Investment Committee, a co-Portfolio Manager, an Analyst, and Trader. He also serves on Cornerstone Management’s Investment Committee.

Tony has experience providing investment services since 2003 and providing financial advisory services since 1999. Prior to co-founding Hixon Zuercher Capital Management, Tony worked at a CPA firm for nearly four years specializing in accounting, tax planning, and tax preparation for high net worth individuals.

Personal:
Tony and his wife, Keri, have two daughters, Eliana and Kya, and one son, Everett. Tony is a member of St. John Mennonite Church and is actively involved in the church’s music ministry. Tony enjoys spending time with his family. In his spare time, Tony likes to compete in Triathlons and has completed many Olympic and Sprint distance races.
Tony also enjoys reading and keeping up to date on economics and market related topics. For some reason, he is a Browns fan and is keeping hope alive for a Superbowl victory some year. Tony also is a Buckeyes fan and loosely keeps up with his alma matter, the ONU Polar Bears, to see how they are doing.
Tony likes Texas Roadhouse, the Dave Ramsey Show, and watching Chopped on the Food Network with his wife who is an excellent cook!
John D. Warren, CFA
Mr. Warren graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Upon graduation, he served as an officer in the U.S Navy after which he was employed by an international management consulting firm for five years. He has served as a financial consultant since 1976 and was the founder of Financial Advisory Consultants, Inc and co-founder of Cornerstone Management, Inc. Mr. Warren retried from Cornerstone Management, Inc in 2005 and currently serves as an advisor on Cornerstone’s Investment Committee.
Adam C. Zuercher, CPA, CFP
Professional:
Mr. Zuercher is co-founder, Chief Executive Officer, and Chief Investment Officer of Hixon Zuercher Capital Management. As Chief Investment Officer, he oversees investment research and the development and implementation of the firm’s investment strategies. Adam serves as a co-Portfolio Manager, as chairman of the firm’s Investment Committee and serves on Cornerstone Management’s Investment Committee.

Adam has experience providing investment management and financial advisory services since 1999. Prior to co-founding Hixon Zuercher Capital Management in 2002, Adam worked at a CPA firm for three years specializing in financial planning and investment advisory services for high net worth individuals.

Personal:
Adam and his wife, Amy, have two daughters, Avery and Nyla. Adam enjoys spending time with his family, especially if it’s hanging out on the beach or enjoying good food together. Adam is an avid reader, but rarely finds time to read anything other than business, leadership, and investing books. Adam is committed to a healthy lifestyle and loves being outdoors or in the CrossFit gym.
Adam also likes Chipotle, Ohio State football and basketball, and keeping up with the latest changes in technology & the Internet.
